Firefly Health: Caring for All of You

Firefly Health’s care is all virtual and delivered mostly through an app. But it’s also highly personal, with providers who genuinely get to know and care about you. Slipstream’s challenge was to show Firefly’s model in action and bring to life the real human connection that can form between a patient and a provider she’ll never meet face-to-face. Our production model allowed us to deliver two videos for Firefly to speak to their different audiences. One is from the perspective of a patient, Carlie, and can be used with members and employers. The other is from the perspective of a provider, Israel, and can be used to recruit new providers and help members get to know the Firefly team. 

As part of the same project, we also created a library of headshots of Firefly’s providers and staff. Headshots often get short shrift in most companies, even though they’re an important way to reveal the people behind your mission. With Firefly, we were able to create a set of images that introduce Firefly’s amazing care team with a unified look and feel consistent with the company’s brand.
